Railing around deck is in good condition and secure. However, the railing should be not less than between 36-42 inches high and the ballisters should be spaced no more than 4 inches apart in most localities.

Upstairs bedroom window appears cloudy. Windows that are "Cloudy" cannot be repaired. The smoke appearance between the two panes of glass was caused when moisture penetrated the seal. The glass still insulates but the appearance is effected. Windows less than 10 years old may still be warranted by the manufacturer. Some manufactures give a longer warranty.
